History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Roger was born with his father's beautiful face. Through the years after Roger was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Roger's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
