He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 59. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son.
