Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. Jocelyn enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Jocelyn has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. The war was a terrible time for him, and Balimaar does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and regain custody of his daughter

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He's also a talented Mercenary, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
