Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: The child of a Ruler, who enjoyed hunting, Balimaar was taken on many hunting expeditions. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to end his boredom
