To get what you want from life, you must take it. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Blacksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Adam and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wishes to resurrect an old love
