History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Robert was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Ruler. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Ruler responsibilities is difficult.

History: Justin was born the youngest of three triplets. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
