Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has achieved small success as a Doctor.

History: Born in the south to a Herbalist, Bertram learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Herbalist for the past few years.
