History: He was born into a rich family. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

History: Miles lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and doesn't want to be a shoemaker and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: This malnourished man wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Marshal hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Nicholas was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Gardener. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Gardener for hire.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and expand his business
