Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Richard grew up listening to his mother's many stories. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Richard took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up dagger and armor he uses now. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His red hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady brown eyes.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Scribe hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
