History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Cook. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Conrad was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Description: This eastern man is abnormally tall. He wears baggy tan pantaloons and a brown scarf. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy auburn hair. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Gifted from a young age, Kyle studied abroad. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Kyle took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up halberd and armor he uses now. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Through the years after William was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. William's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, William and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. Simon enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Simon has worked very hard to control his curse. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

History: He was born in the south. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to end his boredom
