Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He usually wears his grey robe and has his greataxe always slung over his shoulder. He keeps his long brown hair kept up in a rat tail. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Dean is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Dyer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Painter, and he later adopted a second son.
