History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Gifted from a young age, Ernest studied abroad. Ernest was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Knight. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Shepherd work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
