Description: This dark-skinned male sports violet clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His brown hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Charles is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role.
