Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born to a Ploughman, his mother struggled to pay the bills. A gifted student he started as a Ploughman, but he got bored and became a Ruler. He's also a talented Ploughman, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He was born in a small plains village. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Junk Dealer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Junk Dealer for the past few years.
