History: Born in the north to a Ruler, Don learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A freak accident while working with his Seamstress father left him crippled. He has worked as a Ruler like his father before him.

Description: 5'9" and muscular, this western man is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He sports a flattop hair cut. He has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
