Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Doctor mother left him crippled. He now owns his own business.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a brown tunic with red highlights, and long blue pants that bunch up around his shoes. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy black hair. He has hazel eyes.
Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Shipwright work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shipwright work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He's also a talented Stableman, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and an old rival family wants him found
