Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born to a Guard, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

His Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His hair is short and blonde. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is a Sailor first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Kody lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Kody was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Kody's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Sailor and was forced into it by his family; and to unite with his sister

Description: This malnourished man is typically in his Gardener uniform. He has done his best to style his red hair to look like a famous performer. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born in the south. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: To be a Sailor again; and he is unsatisfied with his job
