History: He was raised in a island tribe. When Charles reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His first spouse was a Merchant, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
