Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a robe, a symbol of death around his neck, and a scimitar on his belt. He sports a flattop hair cut. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his hazel eyes.

History: Ernest was born with his mother's beautiful face. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears silk and lounges about seductively. His white hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He has hazel eyes.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it
