Personality: This man loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Roland was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warrior, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warrior in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gerald grew up listening to his father's many stories. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gerald fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Tanner but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and to be a junk dealer again

He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. He is bald on top and has large silver tufts of hair around his ears. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He got into the Armorer business at a young age. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has worked as a Armorer like his father before him.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Tanner work with an outfit from a few towns over. Tanner work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Tanner job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He is content.
