History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A freak accident while working with his Apothecary father left him crippled. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying east to reunite his family. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. William was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands.

Personality: Thomas speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
