History: Lance hails from a village terrorized by illithids. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Lance took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up warhammer and armor he uses now. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. A true patriot, Godfrey would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born in a small island village. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Nicholas liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Tim speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Born in the north to a Marshal, Chad learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Through the years after Chad was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Chad's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Chad and his spouse have recently divorced.
