Description: He dresses well, wearing brown shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His hair is chestnut and curly. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Randal was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off his debts

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and retire the richest man in the north

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears tattered old clothes. He has dyed his greying red hair a little too much giving a sharp red color. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Norman took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up sai and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He would like to get married and retire.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: Born to a Cook, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Shipwright. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His parents enrolled him in a Warrior school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
