Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Cory embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This late middle aged man is wearing a long, brown cloak and is in decent physical shape. His silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. His brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. The war was a terrible time for him, and Thomas does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He got into the Bricklayer business at a young age. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he feels kind of lost in life

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Godfrey enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born in the north to a Blacksmith, Godfrey learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 9 years.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a tattered pair of loose yellow pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: Miles wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born to a Crown-heir, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature whip.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and wants his loneliness to end
