Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He very much looks the part of a Miller. Sporting a auburn mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Hugh was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Miller responsibilities is difficult.

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears skinny pants and wears a brown and green robe with the hood down. His brown hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Born to a Sage, his father struggled to pay the bills. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Blacksmith work with an outfit from a few towns over. Blacksmith work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 2 years.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to be a sage again

Description: He wears professional attire. His brown hair has been sun bleached extensively. This violet eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His first spouse was a Bather, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bather they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Barber, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: He wears a pastel collared shirt and tan pants. He accessorizes with a red scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. He carries with him a set of greataxes, each one with a jet on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His golden hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Bernard's homeland. Bernard decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bernard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Map Maker business.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Assassin mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
