Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Shane lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Junk Dealer. He's also a talented Tanner, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Ruler. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.
