He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Aldous was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.

When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
