History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: Born in the east to a Body Guard, Charles learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He found a children's book about a Human Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to find somewhere to settle down
