Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born in the north to a Tailor, Bernard learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He struck the Tailor job and began his own company from there.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
