History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. After a long history of fighting, Heward and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

His thin eyebrows rest above his beady green eyes.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born in a small forest village. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Through the years after Miles was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Miles's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
