Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. He wears a Stetson hat to hide his balding. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a dyer and was forced into it by his family

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears a blue shirt, with a brown mid length shorts with brown tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His black hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Beggar and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and to settle down with his crush

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. Sporting a silver mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. This hazel eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Map Maker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he seems to be bored by most things

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Gilbert will drive conversation. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing poetry.

History: He was born into a rich family. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he feels threatened by others

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'11" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is renowned for his bright black suits and hats. His head has been shaved. His eyes are a pleasant brown.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Scribe arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His childhood dream was to be a Engraver, but he was a colossal failure. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Scribe.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
