History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: To pay off his debts.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears silk and lounges about seductively. His red hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His violet eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Anselm hails from a village terrorized by goblins. Through the years after Anselm was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Anselm's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
