History: He comes from a rich southern family. After coming to the age of reason, Jocelyn took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Navigator arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He bought a dagger and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
