History: He was born in the west. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Charles grew up listening to his father's many stories. Charles abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains.
