Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Rolf was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Seamstress hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Sage.
