Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bernard embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born in the west. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: An older man who wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized grey coat, he is not a threatening figure. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy blonde hair. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. After a long history of fighting, Raymond and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Miner arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Miner. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To be a Roofer again; and balancing his hectic life and new miner responsibilities is difficult

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shoemaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and to be a ploughman again
