History: Charles was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His childhood dream was to be a Stylist, but he was a colossal failure. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
