History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. A gifted student he started as a Glassblower, but he got bored and became a Guard. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Gunter was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Fisher, but he got bored and became a Bather. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
