History: Rolf was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.

History: Aldous lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Alexandre embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When Hunter reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and his religion dominates his actions

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
