When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: This man loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Roger hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Born to a Ruler, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. A freak accident while working with his Detective father left him crippled. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
