Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his scythe with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. This brown eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Roger will drive conversation. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Roger hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'8" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a brown tunic with green highlights, and long tan pants that bunch up around his shoes. His black hair is thinning but still full. His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Laborer who has hired him part-time. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Born in the south to a Laborer, Balimaar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He tends to wear a red poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His chestnut hair is thinning but still full. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he is dressed in a clean brown cloak covering his clean studded leather. His golden hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: To be a Blacksmith again; and balancing his hectic life and new detective responsibilities is difficult

Description: He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His hair is cut close to his head. His green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Bernard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warlock, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warlock in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
