Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born in the east. Through the years after Randal was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Randal's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
