Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Detective profession.

History: Gifted from a young age, Charles studied abroad. After coming to the age of reason, Charles took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
