Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Gifted from a young age, Hugh studied abroad. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. After a long history of fighting, Hugh and his spouse have recently divorced.
