Description: This western man wears a blue tunic with green highlights, and long white pants that bunch up around his shoes. His clothes are grease stained in places. His brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Layabout business.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Layabout hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Theobald fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: With white face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His red hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His half smiles and gray eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 22. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Robert enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Robert took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up flail and armor he uses now. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is greedy

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His hair is red, silky, and of moderate length. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Roland's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is light but he possesses many black ritualistic tattoos. Personality: Adelard wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. Adelard abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Anselm fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
