History: Born to a Glassblower, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Ernest is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and an old rival family wants him found
