Description: An older man who is well dressed, constantly wearing a tan suit, black shirt, and tan tie, he is not a threatening figure. His moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. The war was a terrible time for him, and Adelard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He bought a dagger and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He uses divination through singing.

History: Gerald was born with his mother's beautiful face. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Charles alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins; and he wants revenge against goblins

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Manfred grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He found a children's book about a Human Cleric who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he wants revenge against drow

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.
