Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Manfred embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. A gifted student he started as a Sailor, but he got bored and became a Scribe. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
