History: Shane was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and to be a server again

History: Born to a Detective, his father struggled to pay the bills. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and retire the richest man in the west

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Beggar born in the past three hundred years. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Born in the north to a Beggar, John learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and wants to work out more often

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he is content
