Personality: Ernest is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Sellsword arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Description: An older man who is renowned for his bright white suits and hats, he is not a threatening figure. His white hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Lance embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing singing.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Shoemaker. He has worked as a Shoemaker like his father before him.

Description: He stands about 6'5" and is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Carter. His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His hair, while still mostly auburn, has prominent grey streaks. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting illithids, the young Randal began to lead the lost caravan. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Randal was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.
